Gluten Free Creamy Ricotta-Spinach Ravioli

  • 1 bag frozen Gluten Free Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Ravioli
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium chopped red bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In sauce pan fry onion and garlic until golden. Add ½ cup of heavy cream and oregano. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Boil water in separate pot and cook ravioli for 2-3 minutes and drain them.
  4. In a baking dish grease 1 tablespoon of warm sauce and top with precooked ravioli. Add remaining sauce.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese, chopped red bell pepper and bake at 350 °F for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
